Chair and auxiliar structure

The VR Flight Chair is made up of an office chair. It is the common element of the different simulator configurations, customized with an auxiliary metal structure that allows a solid and rigid fixation of HOTAS controls.

The chair has a frame made of metal with upholstery made of dark gray fabric and under customer request can be upholstered in leather. It has height and angle adjustment, allowing a similar pilot position to that of the real seat.

Side stick grip manufactured in high density resin and populated with commercial or military grade switches.

The grip incorporates a high-grade fixation system made in aeronautic aluminum.

High precision and stability force base with adjustable sensibility between 2 and 13 lb in standard configuration.

Sensors can be changed for others of greater hardness under request.

Throttle

Precision and smoothness

Unit composed by the linear throttle base RS-16-LTB PRO and the high fidelity replica throttle grip RS-16-TG PRO.

Throttle grip manufactured in high density resin and populated with commercial or military grade switches and sensors.

It incorporates the cutoff release for the idle to cutoff operation.

Linear throttle base with the F-16 heavy duty guide rail and the Chaff/Flares Slap switch.

Both, the total travel and the different zones delimited in the guide rail have an effective travel similar to the real one.

The unit can be populated with commercial or military grade switches.

The movement base houses a very robust 2-axis gimbal system for the pitch and roll axes.

It is designed and manufactured for long life service and a precise movement.

Throttle

A simplified but very practical version

Unit composed by the linear throttle base RS-EFA-LTB and the throttle grip RS-EFA-TG.

Single throttle grip that groups the two real Typhoon throttle grips.

Grip manufactured in high density resin and can be populated with commercial or military grade switches and sensors.

Simplified version of throttle base with non autothrottle and as a single linear throttle base with the real travel and detents.

The high quality of the materials used in its manufacture guarantee a high precision and smoothness of movement.

The Eurofighter Typhoon chair customization consists of two side structures and a centre structure. The left side structure supports the throttle and the central structure houses the flight stick. The right side structure complements the structural system and houses the power and comms socket.

Summer 2024 news

August 2, 2024

In recent months we have experienced stock problems for some products due to the shortage of some components and materials. Some suppliers have prioritized supplying companies in the armament sector, which has delayed our orders. We hope that by the time we return, these problems will be resolved and we can return to normal operation very soon.

However, during this period we have not been inactive, we have taken the opportunity to prepare new products and improve others. We will present all of them during the fourth quarter. We leave you a small preview with these photos of our high-fidelity replica of the F-35 seat and the Panoramic Cockpit Display with the HMD panel.

We would like to inform you that we have added new products to our professional catalog, the VR Flight Chair. A hardware platform for VR equipped with realistic flight controls at an affordable cost. The new VR Flight Chair is made up of an office chair customized with an auxiliary metal structure extremely rigid to fix the HOTAS controls.

Hello everybody. A few weeks after our announcement, we are pleased to inform that the new FSSB-R3L MKII “ULTRA” is already available in our online shop. We honestly believe that these weeks of waiting have been worth it!

The FSSB-R3L MKII “ULTRA” is a force-sensor joystick base that can make you feel like a real F-16 pilot while flying, thanks to the new sensor board that allows you to reproduce the F-16 SSC movements realistically. The more comprehensive and realistic flight stick movements will improve your flight experience more quickly and make your maneuvers easier and more intuitive.

 

New F18CGRH v2 grip and F/A-18 Stick Adapter

The wait is over! Yes, after some months of hard work, we are extremely pleased to introduce two highly requested products: the F18CGRH v2 and the realistic version of F/A-18 Sick Adapter.

The F/A-18 Stick Adapter is the perfect complement to the F18CGRH v1 and v2 grips. It is a realistic version of the aircraft’s stick adapter, housing the paddle switch.

The new F18CGRH v2 includes support for the F/A-18 Stick Adapter and Haptic vibration technology as a new warning system, providing a necessary feedback especially for VR and F/A-18 Stick Adapter users. Feedbacks already included are warning and maximum force signals.

FEINDEF 2023

On May 17, 18, and 19, the international defense fair FEINDEF 2023 was held in Madrid, where the latest industry innovations were showcased.

Realsimulator attended the fair and publicly presented the VR units for the F-16, Typhoon and F-35. We also premiered the F-35 simulation cockpit, primarily focused for mixed reality and tactical mission training, which garnered significant interest from numerous visitors.
