GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

LICENSE

All the material offered in our shop (except those shown with the PRO stamp) is licensed unique and exclusively for domestic/private use. Please be aware that a professional/commercial use of items sold under domestic conditions is completely forbidden by law and EMYCSA reserve its right to take the appropriate legal action against you to defend its rights due to the breach of contract from you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMYCSA and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against any and all liabilities, losses, actions, damages, or claims (including legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to the material bought, any work based on, derived from, or incorporating any portion of the material bought, or any copy, modification, distribution, use of, or reliance on the material bought or any work based on, derived from, or incorporating any portion of the material bought.

WARRANTY

Realsimulator warrants its products to be in good working order for a period of two (2) years for home products and one (1) year for professional/commercial products from the date of purchase. Should our product fail to be in good working order at any time during the warranty period, Realsimulator, at its option, repair or replace it at no additional charge, except as set out below. Replacement parts will become the property of Realsimulator.

This warranty does not cover any losses or damages that occur as a result of improper installation or maintenance, negligence, accident, modification, tampering, or by any other cause unrelated to defective materials and/or workmanship.

Warranty Service may be obtained by delivering the product to Realsimulator. Before a product can be returned to Realsimulator, you must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by contact our technical department at: technic@realsimulator.com. You must then clearly write this number and the mention “WARRANTY RETURN” on the shipping box. When returning the product, make sure all the materials such as the manual(s), connection cables and the product packaging box are included. Send the product packed in its original shipping container or an equivalent, freight prepaid (shipping costs not paid by Realsimulator). The returned product must be insured for its full valued or assumed risk for loss or damage in transit.

If the product is not in good working order, your sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as described above. In no event will Realsimulator be liable to you for damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

This warranty does not cover any of software, firmware or hardware that you or any third party has modified or altered; you bear the sole responsibility and liability for any such modification or alteration.

RETURN POLICY

As Realsimulator customer, in all purchases of home products you have the right to change your mind within 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the products, unless your products are split into several deliveries over different days; in this case, you have until 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the products.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind, notify us you want to cancel the order (or part of it) by email at sales@realsimulator.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and your phone number.

You must send each item in the same condition in which you received it; this means that items must be returned new and complete. Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition may be reduced.

Send back each item packed in its original shipping container or an equivalent, freight prepaid (shipping costs not paid by Realsimulator). The returned product must be insured for its full valued or assumed risk for loss or damage in transit.

As soon as we receive the products back from you we will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment.
