Pitch Y value is 0

Hi
My FSSB won't move because the Y axis is fixed to zero.
The red light on the fssb body, which indicates the maximum input value, is blinking. And I've never touched software or physical things except recalibration(special mode menu + trigger) before the breakdown.
It doesn't change even if you reconnect and try the calibration again.
What should I do? should I send you the product?
