Real Simulator FSSB Forum

My FSSB R3L keeps randomly disconnecting during use. I was able to isolate to the FSSB while cycling through control axis. Moving left or right the device will drop connection intermittently. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot in order to stop this?

If the problem is not the USB wire or connector, then you will have to ship your R3 to our facilities to check/repair it. Please send an email to Javier for instructions.

After rebooting my system, the FSSB R3 blinks red, constantly connecting and disconnecting. I’ve changed the wire and USB slots without luck. Will it need to be sent in as well?
