The Level 1 Cockpit trainer is the answer to mission training as it has essential structural and avionic elements incorporated.

With its emphasis on mission training, the level 1 simulator is the product with which REALSIMULATOR responds to the air force sector’s demand for this specific kind of professional training. This is particularly due to the fact that from this product installations which include training facilities for two or four trainers can be created at a reasonable price range which also proves themselves to be financially viable in the short term

The Cockpit trainer is designed through solid and modular metallic structures that fit together through quick release locks. This modular aspect means that the equipment is easy to reconfigure and through interchanging electric or mechanical modules one can adapt the same trainer to different versions of the same aircraft. This in itself highlights an economic saving regarding both the initial investment and general maintenance of the machine.

This illustrates how the Level 1 is the perfect trainer for companies specialising in training simulation and airborne software developers, given that all modules are easy to transport and install, particularly in offices with standard 70 cm wide entrances.

The acquired experience during a lot of years of constant new products development has allowed us to add to our cockpit a solid and stable distributed control system, removing the complex wiring usually used in them. So each cockpit part has two external electrical connections, the communications connector and the power supply connector. All functional cockpit parts include a test and diagnostic fault system, which permit an easy and intuitively way to verify if the detected problem is a hardware fault or it is a bad software configuration.


The trainer has a central control system (CCDK) which makes the data centralization possible between the simulation program and up to 48 functional cockpit elements through hot plug & play connections. The CCDK has a display for status indications and leds to show the supply and communications.

The following software package is delivered with the CCDK:

FCENTER, configuration, editor and compiler to write in a simple and easy manner, in C++ language, how the cockpit hardware is to behave, via a shared memory file.

HID Drivers, to use the panels as standard Windows devices

USB BULK Driver, to allow and ensure customer communication between your software and the CCDK with no other need.
